We came from right here in Colorado!
Site and Structure Construction was founded in 2001 by Bret Newsom. Bret has over 25 years of experience working in the Colorado construction community. As our owner and president, Bret manages and coordinates all aspects of the business including new business acquisitions, business planning, estimating, personnel and project management.
Bret is a Colorado native (no, they’re not extinct yet!) who enjoys anything and everything the outdoors has to offer.
What we’re great at!
Site and Structure specializes in earthwork, utilities and project management. We are experienced in urban drainage and new development work. Site and Structure has also worked extensively on sewer, water, and storm utility projects.
