Hawthorne Drainage Improvements
This project was in preparation for a new housing development in Golden. The primary focus of the project was the development and improvement of urban drainage for flood control and erosion mitigation. It included placement of several boulder drop structure in Ralston Creek.
Insituform Capital Improvements
Site and Structure rehabilitated the sanitary sewer system for the Capital Improvements and facilitated the CIPP relining project with Insituform Technologies, manhole and pipe replacement. This project was located in both City of Wheatridge and City of Arvada.
The Copperleaf project consisted of drainage pond improvements in Aurora, Colorado. It included boulder structures and pond grading in preparation for a new home development.
Leydon Drainage Improvements
Site and Structure installed a storm water box culvert on Lydon Creek in Arvada, Colorado for Lennar Homes in preparation for 1,500 new homes. Similar to other projects, there were significant drainage improvements. We also placed outlet and inlet structures throughout the project to control the erosion and water flow at street crossings.
Courtyard Marriot Littleton
In preparation for a new Courtyard Marriott, Site and Structure performed onsite utility placement which included sewer, water, storm, and fire lines.
Soltera NPL & Stormwater Drainage Improvements
Similar to other drainage improvement projects, Site and Structure’s expertise in drop structures, outlet/inlet improvements, and stormwater pipe installations was key to success in completing this job for a housing development now owned by Brookfield Homes.
Tindell Wild Horse Mesa Infrastructure and Earthwork for Residential Development
For the Wild Mesa Infrastructure project, Site and Structure installed site utilities for a rural residential project. The job included significant road construction, water main installation, drainage, and road surfacing.
Parking Lot Improvements for Pleasantview Metro District
This project consisted of an asphalt removal, installation of new underdrains, re-compaction of soil stabilization and new pavement placement.
